1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you") and pk66 ("we," "us," "the platform"). Access to and use of pk66 — including the website, mobile site, sports betting service, live casino, promotions and all related features — is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature on pk66, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules specific to individual promotions, games or betting markets, which are published on the relevant pages of the platform.

If any part of these Terms is inconsistent with additional rules published for a specific product or promotion, the more specific rule will take precedence for that product or promotion only.

2Eligibility

To register and use pk66, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk66 does not permit the use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate or commercial accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have a self-exclusion in effect at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must belong to the individual named on the account.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on pk66. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, valid mobile number and any other details requested during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings.

pk66 reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") checks at any stage. You may be asked to provide documentation such as a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of the payment method used. Accounts subject to a KYC review will have withdrawals held until the review is completed satisfactorily.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account access with any other person.
• pk66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk66 support immediately.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pk66 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your pk66 balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. pk66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method that has been previously used for deposit, or to a method you have successfully verified. pk66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under review or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• pk66 does not accept deposits from or send withdraw als to third-party accounts. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.
• Any deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your pk66 balance and used for betting or gaming.
• Unused deposit balances (with no wagering activity) may be returned upon account closure, subject to verification.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk66 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Betting and Bet pages.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once pk66 has issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed during a period of technical error or at clearly incorrect odds may be voided at pk66's discretion.

Cricket and PSL markets: PSL and international cricket markets follow standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced or replayed, settlement rules specific to that format apply. For T20 matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for pre-match bets to stand — this threshold is stated on the relevant market page.

Live betting: In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pk66 may suspend live markets during breaks in play, reviews or technical issues. Any bet placed immediately before a market suspension may be voided if the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.

• Accumulators are settled at the combined odds of all individual selections. One voided selection in an accumulator reduces the bet to the remaining selections.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in your account settings and on the relevant betting page.
• pk66 reserves the right to limit the stakes or restrict the markets available to any account, at its discretion and without providing a specific reason.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.

6Bonuses and Promotions

pk66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page. The general conditions below apply to all offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligible games and bets: Some bonuses may only apply to specific sports markets, casino games or bet types. Bets placed outside the eligible scope may not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Minimum odds: For sports betting bonuses, a minimum odds requirement per selection is typically applied. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold will not count towards rollover.
• Welcome bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new registrations only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device or IP address applies. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus on multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• Abuse: pk66 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel any bonus balance and void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular play patterns or exploitation of promotional terms.

7Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk66 account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes linked to your account.

pk66 staff will never ask for your password through any channel — not through live chat, email or phone. If you receive any communication claiming to be from pk66 and requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your pk66 account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not access your pk66 account from shared or public devices. If you must do so, log out completely afterwards.
• Enable any additional security options offered within your account settings.
• pk66 will not accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security precautions were not taken by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact pk66 support immediately to have the account secured. pk66 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account pending review.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk66 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through another person acting on your behalf.
• Match fixing or corruption: Placing bets based on insider knowledge, involvement in match fixing, or any form of sports corruption. pk66 monitors for irregular betting patterns and reports suspicious activity.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using pk66 for any money laundering activity, making deposits with fraudulent payment methods, or any other financial crime.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on pk66.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Technical exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the platform. Exploiting technical errors or software bugs rather than reporting them to pk66.
• Underage registration: Registering or attempting to register an account while under the age of 18.

pk66 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and balances in those accounts may be voided pending investigation.

9Platform Availability

pk66 aims to maintain consistent platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, third-party service issues or events outside pk66's reasonable control may result in temporary downtime.

pk66 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance. However, unplanned outages may occur without prior notice. pk66 is not liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — resulting from platform unavailability.

• Bets that are in progress at the time of a technical outage will be settled according to the available match data at the time of the interruption, in line with the relevant sport's rules.
• pk66 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any part of the platform for maintenance, investigation or legal compliance purposes.
• The platform is accessible via mobile browser without a dedicated app. Browser compatibility is not guaranteed across all device and browser combinations, though pk66 maintains support for current versions of major mobile browsers.

10Intellectual Property

All content on pk66 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pk66 or its licensed providers. Nothing on the platform grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission.

You may view and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity only. Any other use of pk66's content or branding without explicit written authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk66 and its operators, directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform. Betting involves risk and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses including loss of profits, data or goodwill.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in breach of these Terms.
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider delays or failures outside pk66's direct control.
• Any errors in odds or market data caused by data feed providers, subject to the bet voiding provisions in Section 5.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law. pk66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Account Closure and Suspension

You may request to close your pk66 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled normally and outstanding balances will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

pk66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
• Inactive account with no login activity for an extended period, in line with our account dormancy policy.
• Self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected breach or investigation, balances within the account will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

13Responsible Gaming

pk66 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help you stay in control of your betting and gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings area.

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit within a daily, weekly or monthly period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Set time-based reminders that notify you how long your current session has been active.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from pk66. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, bet or access the platform.

pk66 is for adults aged 18 and over only. Betting and casino gaming should be entertainment — not a source of income or a way to recover losses. 14Amendments to These Terms

pk66 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the platform or by email to the address on your account. Continued use of pk66 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. If you do not agree with any amendment, your recourse is to stop using the platform and request account closure.
